We do not deal with copies and licenses that are produced in Turkey, Croatia, confiscated by customs, etc.
Our wholesale does not accept returns of goods after they are shipped. Exceptions to this rule will only apply to damaged or damaged goods for which you can prove that the packaging was broken, in the presence of the delivery service at the time of delivery.
If you receive a damaged parcel, please email us immediately (with courier mail and photos of the damaged item/parcel) so that we can notify the delivery company and file a claim for damages.
