Send the order (price list with your order) and information about your company (address, phone number, VAT number and delivery address) by e-mail
We will confirm the order and send you an invoice. We will issue an invoice with zero VAT (provided that the customer has a European VAT number)
Prepayment is a standard payment condition applicable to all our customers.
It is advisable to provide a copy of the completed payment so that we can make sure that payments are not missed, or in cases where the customer wants the order to be expedited promptly.
For practical reasons, customers are invited to make payments ONLY on the basis of the received proforma invoice
payment based on order confirmation is not recommended as it does not include a delivery fee or any subsequent order modification
