Parfum-Opt Europe cooperates only with manufacturers that guarantee high quality products. When making a purchase from us, you can not be afraid of fakes or low-quality perfume. We value our reputation!

Please note, according to EU legal requirements, brands in the European Union do not provide quality certificates. According to Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council No. 1223/2009, brand products are registered on the CPNP (Cosmetic Product Notification Portal) portal before being put on the market. For the European Community, registration on the portal is a confirmation of the quality of the product, as well as the safety of its use and does not require additional documentary confirmation.

Also in the European Union, a single expiration date is used — the Period after opening (PAO). The specified period is applied directly to the product or packaging in the form of an icon with the image of an open jar, inside of which contains a number representing the number of months to use the product. The products must be used within a specified period of time after opening.

Exchange or return of the product after opening the packaging and air lock is possible only in case of factory defect (leaking, leakage of the bottle, poor functioning of the atomiser, etc.). The product cannot be returned after the fact of at least one time use or damage to the packaging.

Tester, vintage products and vials in most cases do not have a protective film, as well as the goods that came without a protective film — can not be exchanged or returned.
