DELIVERY OF PERFUMES AND COSMETICS IN EUROPE

 

  • Shipping via DHL and/or GLS to all other countries within the European Union
  • Fixed freight rates depending on the number of parcels and the weight of each parcel
  • We ship our perfumes and cosmetics only to the countries of the European Union.
  • We offer very competitive prices calculated based on the actual costs of transport service providers and insurance costs.
  • If you order perfumes for a larger quantity, we will ship them in two separate packages (one package cannot exceed 30 kg), or if it exceeds 120 kg, we will probably ship the order on a pallet. We will send you accurate information about the cost of shipping and insurance after placing an order.

 

SECURITY PROTOCOL THAT MUST BE FOLLOWED WHEN RECEIVING THE GOODS

 

  • All orders were carefully packed using special protective covers for each item and protective pieces of styrofoam to fill in the gaps. For very large boxes, we added a layer of styrofoam sheets on each side of the box. The packaging process is recorded on video. Parcels with packed goods were insured.
  • With visible damage to the outer box Immediately fill out a damage report from the courier upon receipt of the box (the damage report file is always with the DHL or GLS courier)
  • Take photos: The original outer box on all sides, the inside of the box before taking out the items for inspection while they are still wrapped in a protective bubble cover, an image of any damaged item (perfume or flavored product), an image of the shipping label, where the tracking number of the parcel is indicated, as well as the contact details of the sender and the Customer
  • Inform us IMMEDIATELY after receiving and inspecting the damaged box by e-mail containing: A written description of the damaged/missing items (name and number of items), attached photos (mentioned above)
  • Please keep in mind that our wholesale department will NOT accept any returns of items after they have been ordered and shipped.
  • EXCEPTIONS to this rule will only apply to damaged or damaged goods for which the customer can provide us with a valid reason why he/she wants to return the goods.

 

Conditions for sending cosmetics in summer and in winter:

 

Dear customers! We would like to inform you that when the air temperature is below -10 degrees or above +30 degrees, sometimes products such as perfumes and cosmetics may lose some of their properties during transportation (lipsticks, mascara, creams, etc.). Therefore, in winter and summer, we do not take responsibility for preserving the properties of this products during transportation by transport companies. In this regard, please, when ordering, take into account weather conditions and delay the shipment of goods, products that may deteriorate (especially cosmetics and body care).
