The price list is available on our website from Monday to Friday
On weekends, we delete it due to lack of relevance.
Cancellations and refunds for orders that have already been shipped, as well as for orders that have been formed and are in transit to our warehouse for further shipment to the customer, are not possible.
All prices are exclusive of VAT. If you have a valid VAT number, we will invoice you with 0% VAT.
We sell and ship goods within the European Union with 0% VAT, as well as to the UK and Hong Kong.
The products are clean, no decoding, environmentally friendly and made in the EU directly from manufacturers and/or authorized retailers in Europe.
Prices: net, EXW, our warehouse in Poland. Prices may be affected by fluctuations in the prices of raw materials and/or other market components beyond our control.
Payment: bank transfer in euros, 100% prepayment. Minimum order: 4000 euros for each price list
Delivery time to our warehouse: 10-15 working days after payment — delays are possible. After the goods arrive at our warehouse — we dispatch the order to the customer.
Assortment order: any items in any quantity, provided that they are in stock.
After collecting your cargo, you can personally come and pick up the goods or we will send it by a transport company convenient for you.
Additional orders: you can add goods to the current order (minimum amount 1000 euros) this is possible, provided that you made the order on Monday-Tuesday, and the addition of items from you was on Thursday or Friday before 12:00
We make every effort to ensure that the goods arrive at our warehouse on Friday, and you or your company receive it quickly.
Typically our customers place large orders once a week.
Upon request, we can take a photo of the batch code and barcode (EAN) for you, but this is not always possible.
availability of goods in price lists does not mean 100% availability of goods in reality. Booking and reservation of goods is carried out only after payment for the order.
The price list is updated every day, prices and range of goods are subject to change.
Prices for goods can be increased — in this case, the increase in price is agreed with the customer in advance.
After the order is placed and paid for, we reserve it in the warehouses of our suppliers. If the goods are out of stock — we make a refund (in the currency in which they were received on our account without commissions) or by agreement of the parties leave a deposit for the next order.
